Cross branding in sales is normal for us as we are always seeking ways to improve sales and be problem solvers.
It’s the engineers who make the new product decisions. We work hard to make sure our Suppliers & Customers’ engineers understand both the requirements as well as our capabilities.
Once you’ve got the engineers sold, we have to find a way to convince the buyers that all our features and benefits are worth the price…
If the guys on the line don’t install it right, it becomes a nightmare for our suppliers. We often take photographs of an initial installation with documented procedures to make sure there are no misunderstandings.
